Response Timeline
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the infringing material promptly, typically within 24–48 hours.
- Notify the content uploader (if applicable) that the material has been removed.
- Maintain records of all DMCA notices received.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
